Overdye
Overdye materials are specially developed to be integrated into garments or textile items that will be dyed later. Their composition ensures that the label maintains its legibility, colour, and structure even after the dyeing process.
Two options: same technical performance, different material origin
The Overdye range includes two alternatives that deliver the same technical behaviour during printing and dyeing:
Overdye (conventional origin)
Made from virgin raw materials. It is the most common choice when:
- Cost optimisation is a priority
- Working with high‑volume productions
- There are no specific requirements regarding material origin
Recycled overdye
Made with recycled content, reducing the use of virgin raw materials without altering the substrate’s performance. It is the right option when:
- The brand incorporates sustainability criteria
- The product communicates environmental values
- Recycled material is required in the substrate
Ambas opciones permiten trabajar sin modificar los procesos habituales de impresión o tintura.
Available in white and black
To suit different design and production approaches, the Overdye range is available in two colours:
White overdye
- Ideal for applications that will be dyed later
- Offers greater flexibility in the final color of the product
Black overdye
- Suitable for products with a dark base
- Perfect when the final design incorporates black tones

- They do not absorb dyes, keeping their original color intact
- They withstand frequent washing and wear
- They maintain their shape throughout production
- They offer good printability with different technologies
- They withstand the high temperatures typical of dyeing processes
Did you know that...
In many Overdye applications, the substrate becomes part of garments that will be dyed together with the fabric. The recyclability of the final product depends on multiple factors: fabric type, finishes, dyeing processes, and more.
The contribution of Recycled Overdye focuses on reducing the use of virgin raw materials while maintaining the same technical performance and integration in the production process.
